eFileCabinet Raises $14M Series B Round
We’ve already seen incredible market traction across numerous verticals, and we couldn’t think of better partners than Allegis and Signal Peak to help us meet the growing demand for a true SMB document management solution.
Lehi-based eFileCabinet has raised a $14 million in a Series B round led by Allegis Capital and Signal Peak Ventures.
“We’ve already seen incredible market traction across numerous verticals, and we couldn’t think of better partners than Allegis and Signal Peak to help us meet the growing demand for a true SMB document management solution,” Matt Peterson, eFileCabinet CEO, said in a statement.
eFileCabinet hates paper, which is why their platform is dedicated to providing businesses with a paperless solution to organizing and managing office files. The funding will be used to bolster sales, marketing, and form new partnerships.
“Companies going paperless want to do more than simply place files in the cloud,” Ron Heinz, Signal Peak Ventures Managing Director, said in a statement. “eFileCabinet lets businesses choose from a suite of affordable, integrated services and software to put together a complete document management workflow. Users have no reason to look elsewhere — and that’s what makes eFileCabinet such a strong investment.”
