Fraser Bullock, Carine Clark, & Peter Genereaux Named As 2016 UTC Hall Of Fame Inductees
These leaders have served significant roles that have been instrumental in Utah’s stellar technology accomplishments.
I have two very exciting pieces of information.
First, the Utah Technology Council (UTC) has announced three Hall of Fame inductees for 2016: Fraser Bullock (co-founder of Sorenson Capital), Carine Clark (CEO of MaritzCX), and Peter Genereaux (founder/CEO of Utah Information Technologies Association (UITA) which became the UTC in 2006).
“The track record of these leaders is unparalleled,” Rich Nelson, president/CEO of the UTC, said in a statement. “These leaders have served significant roles that have been instrumental in Utah’s stellar technology accomplishments. We are extremely pleased to honor them as our 2016 Hall of Fame inductees.”
Second, the inductees will be honored on September 30 at the Grand America Hotel in SLC, an event featuring Apple CEO Tim Cook as the keynote speaker. You probably already knew this because it was announced in April, but it’s an exciting reminder nonetheless. The event has traditionally featured a prominent, global CEO as the main attraction (past guests include LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos) and this year will be no different.
You can see the entire list of UTC Hall of Fame inductees here.
