M&A NEWS: Three Utah Firms are Acquired; One Utah-based Firm Buys a New York-based Firm
PUBLISHER'S STATEMENT: Starting today, Silicon Slopes will begin publishing M&A NEWS summaries on a regular basis.
As shown below, in these M&A NEWS write-ups we will group together information about mergers and acquisitions of (and by) Utah-based organizations into one combined story, announcements where financial terms of these individual transactions are not disclosed. {NOTE: In this regard, these stories will be similar to the PEOPLE NEWS items we are already publishing.}
Taking this approach will allow us to continue to keep you, our readers, abreast of newsworthy information from the greater business community of Utah. But because certain organizations choose to not disclose the financial aspects of their transactions (as is their right), we will not dedicate outsized resources to reporting and/or analyzing said transactions beyond the basic information they choose to share.
In closing, thank you for your understanding and continued support.
