Local startups have been applying for the right to receive a personal $100,000 investment from Case himself.
In August, it was announced that the Rise Of The Rest startup tour (created by AOL co-founder and Revolution CEO Steve Case) would be making a stop in Utah on October 5. As part of the event, a pitch competition will be held at Church & State in downtown SLC, where local startups have been applying for the right to receive a personal $100,000 investment from Case himself.
