Meat and Potatoes shines a light on the people in Silicon Slopes who get things done. Hosted by Silicon Slopes Director of Operations Garrett Clark and random interns we explore how, why, and when they get those things done, and why their work is the meat and potatoes of Utah’s tech community.
In episode 23, Dallin Rogers is the guest. He is the CEO and Founder of FitCon which is one of the best events held in Utah. We discuss fitness and how somebody needs to invent a pill that allows you to eat as many Reeses Pieces and Mashed Potatoes as your heart desires. We also chat about what it took for Dallin and his team to build such an amazing event and what his long-term plans are to grow the FitCon brand. If you look like the Rock or are a bit rotund there is plenty of fun stuff to do at FitCon next April in Salt Lake City.
