They Missed, But Also Forgot to Swing...
You probably noticed last month when your LinkedIn and Twitter feed lit up with the news of Utah businesses in the Utah Fast 50. There was much celebration and congratulation, but do you know who wasn't there? Motivosity. Why? Well... a few things....
Logan Mallory, VP of Marketing, along with the rest of the team at Motivosity, have been running full tilt. "We’re the title sponsor at the upcoming Utah SHRM conference, we’re launching a new website, and have you been to our pickleball networking events? It’s packed and we’re having a great time!" said Logan about the Fast 50 application mishap.
Although it's not "official," it's pretty safe to assume that Motivosity would have made the list. The employee recognition and feedback software made #267 on the Inc. 5000 list, with a reported 1,754% 3-Year Growth. In the last 12 months, their team has grown 85% and previously, they've appeared on the Fast 50 list three years in a row.
“Am I disappointed to not be part of the list? Of course," said Logan. "We love being involved with the Utah business community and it’s my fault we missed our chance this year. But you can’t get it right all the time.”
Mistakes are made, life goes on. You can be sure Logan's reminders are set for next year, and Motivosity will continue it's growth.
