Vanderhall Motor Works Files Confidential IPO Paperwork
Provo, Utah-based Vanderhall Motor Works has filed a confidential Form S-1 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announcing its intent for an Initial Public Offering.
But not only did the company make its filing confidential (which it can do legally), Vanderhall also chose Black Friday as the day to announce its filing, one of the best days of the year for minimizing media scrutiny.
LOLOLOL
To be clear, there is literally nothing on the SEC website today about Vanderhall, so we know zero, yet, about the prospective IPO of the company, including when, why, what, how much, etc., etc., etc.
But what we do know is that the company is planning an IPO.
And we also know that Vanderhall "designs, engineers, and manufactures light mobility vehicles."
As shown above, the company has three vehicles available for purchase or advance orders:
- The three-wheeled Venice (available today),
- The three-wheeled Carmel (available today), and
- The Brawley, a four-wheeled, off-road vehicle (available for pre-order).
If you live in Utah, chances are you've seen one of Vanderhall's three-wheelers motoring around town.
But the Brawley? Now that's a vehicle that looks pretty slick.
Nevertheless, until Vanderhall decides to file a non-confidential Form S-1 with the SEC, that's pretty much all we can report today.
