Your Comprehensive Guide to Start Madness (So Far)

Start Madness is an integral part of StartFEST, Utah’s largest grassroots startup festival held from Aug. 31-Sept. 5 in Provo. We would love to see you there.

I know you’ve been sitting at home all day, pondering questions on the inner-workings of Start Madness. Who has qualified for the finals? Who has been eliminated? How many companies remain in the semi-finals? Why have I been sitting at home all day wondering about Start Madness? Luckily for you, I have done hours and hours of extensive research to bring you the all-consuming, all-knowing, comprehensive guide to Start Madness (so far).

As you already know, the initial pool of applicants was narrowed down to 100 and then divided into four different groups (A, B, C, and D) consisting of 25 companies apiece. Those companies were then whittled away to 24, comprised of the six semi-finalists that emerged from each group. Groups A and B have already been decided, with Groups C and D set to present before investors and the general public in the immediate future. Have we written about many of these fine companies? Yes, yes we have. And because I value you as a reader, I’ve provided links below so you can polish up on company information before StartFEST arrives at the beginning of September.
