“We couldn’t be more pleased to have ORIX and SVB as our investment partners in fueling additional growth and we appreciate their understanding of the market opportunity and their willingness to grow with the company over time.”
South Jordan-based Impartner has raised $8 million in growth capital financing from ORIX Growth Capital and Silicon Valley Bank.
“Impartner is a clear innovator in the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) space,” Jeff Bede, co-head and managing director at ORIX Growth Capital, said in a statement. “We recognize the growing PRM market opportunity and Impartner’s differentiated product suite and strong customer traction. We believe Impartner has the right management team and product offering to maintain a leading market position in this sector.”
The last time we wrote about Impartner they were clearing space on the mantel for a brand new Silver Stevie Award, given in recognition of Impartner’s national status as Best Relationship Management Solution. Though I’m no expert, it seems reasonable to assume that America’s finest relationship management solution should be able to add a little money to its coffers. With that in mind, $8 million sounds like just the right amount to amp things up moving forward.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to have ORIX and SVB as our investment partners in fueling additional growth and we appreciate their understanding of the market opportunity and their willingness to grow with the company over time,” said Bert Young, Impartner CFO.
