In 2003 Dave, a student at the time, saw the archaic filing processes at a rental property management offices in Provo. He set out to build an online tool that could speed up and simplify those tasks like taking rent or leasing a property.
Dave bootstrapped the business and taught himself to code. Over a decade later the company has over $100 million in annual recurring revenue. This is his story on how he made that happen.
