M&P Ep. 195 Lyndi Perry & Liz Vowles, Craft Lake City

In this episode, Garrett Clark sits down with Lyndi Perry, Stem Coordinator, and Liz Vowles, Artisan and Program Manager, from Craft Lake City to talk about their upcoming event, DIY Fest, on August 11 - 13. Craft Lake City is a 501(c) Charitable Organization that works to educate, promote, and inspire local artisans while elevating the creative culture of the Utah arts community through science, technology, and art.

As discussed in their interview, Craft Lake City's 15th Annual DIY Festival is taking place on August 11-13. The event is Utah’s largest local-centric art, music, science and technology festival. This year, Craft Lake City will celebrate its biggest and best festival yet with over 350 local artisans, vintage vendors, foodies, youth entrepreneurs, performers, and STEM exhibitors for over three days at the Utah State Fairpark.

If you want to be a volunteer or display your hand-crafted wares at the event, you can apply at the upcoming DIY fest, you can email Lyndi at lyndi@craftlakecity.com or you can visit Craft Lake's City website here. Applications close April 6, so you better act fast!
