A Copenhagen, Denmark-based company has acquired Salt Lake City, Utah-based Visible Supply Chain Management (Visible SCM) for $838 Million.
Due to this acquisition, Maersk will expand its services and solutions to the entire supply chain, combining with Visible SCM's e-commerce platform and parcel delivery systems.
Casey Adams, President at Visible SCM, stated the following:
