Make-A-Wish Utah has recently welcomed Daniel Dudley as its new President & Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant milestone for the organization. Having been a part of Make-A-Wish Utah since 2012, Dudley brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his new role.
“It is truly an honor to work at Make-A-Wish Utah with our dedicated team and passionate supporters,” Dudley said. “I am grateful to our Board for their leadership and for this opportunity to serve as CEO and build on our already strong foundation set by my predecessor, Jared Perry. Thank you to our amazing volunteers and donors who provide the fuel to make wishes a reality. We are so inspired by the children we serve. Every day, we witness their exceptional bravery, positivity, and perseverance. This year, we are going to grant more than 230 hope-filled wishes, but more Utah children need a wish. Our team will continue working diligently so that every Utah child battling a critical illness receives a wish, no matter where they live or their circumstances. Together, we’re going to reach more children and continue sparking hope when it is needed most.”
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Dudley served as the Chief Development Officer for Make-A-Wish Utah. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the chapter's growth, overseeing remarkable expansion and successfully expanding the organization's donor base and financial support.
In light of Dudley's new appointment, Make-A-Wish Utah expressed its gratitude to Caitlin Tursic, who served as the organization's interim CEO during this transitional period. As the Chief Financial Officer, Tursic stepped up to lead the organization, ensuring its continued success and stability.
