Close to the newly expanded Salt Lake City Airport, the building will have quick access to I-15, I-80, and I-215, as well as Mountain View Corridor, a new key logistics five-lane highway.
Pacific Industrial recently broke ground on the 48-acre property and has plans for 131 dock high doors in a cross-dock configuration specifically designed to meet the needs of large logistics firms. The building is anticipated to be completed in late Spring 2022.
